Like many parents, we just want whats best for our kids. Being born and raised in Hawaii has been a blessing and having our kids being around their grandparents has been a joy. However, living in Hawaii comes with a price. Not only do we have our own W2 jobs, but Floyd is also a photographer who focuses mostly on weddings. It was in 2019 when Floyd read Rich Dad Poor Dad that our lives changed and our minds started to think on how we can be around our kids more AND still be able to provide for them.

As much as we love our jobs (we seriously do), we don’t want to be working forever and want to retire younger than the norm. We saw the power of real estate throughout our lives and have only realized (better late than never right?) what it could do for our family if done correctly. We understand that investing takes time to grow and we are in it for the long term. We created this to document our journey and for others to learn from both our victories as well as our defeats.

We are new, but we are also eager to enter this new chapter in our lives.
